退款政策

All returns must be unworn, unused and in their original condition. Requests for returns must be made within 21 days of receiving the order. 

Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Helen, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges. 

Helen is not responsible for any return packages not received if the shipping label provided is not used.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes.

Sale items and are final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
